TERI has tried its level best to protect the Products from insects, bugs, weevil and other commonly found food bugs etc. However because of the chemical free and organic nature of the Products and their susceptibility to such bugs, it is possible that such bugs may find their way into the Products. In all such cases, it is the responsibility of the buyer to properly check the product before use and in case of such finding, stop the use and intimate the Site or TERI immediately. The company will either replace or refund in such cases after the proper verification to TERI's satisfaction and only at its sole discretion.

TERI MART also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

TERI MART reserve the right to refuse confirmed orders that will fall under the following categories of items:- Cheques, Money orders, Drafts & E- Banking

Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed.

Shipping


TERI MART charges a nominal shipping charge for the shipment of your order.

For deliveries in the Delhi NCR region : three to four  working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance. Delivery of Goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you during the Order process.

If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place. On delivery, the Delivery Agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identity, such as photo identification or proof. You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.

You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure delivery can take place.

Return Policy

We will accept return of the products, provided such return is for products that are wrongly delivered, wrong product, damaged during transit, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the product/(s) and provided that the products are returned in their original condition. However, in case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 48 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint.

Easy replacement

TERI offers easy replacement for all products sold on "terimart.res.in", under certain conditions which are mentioned below:

  • Customers will notify us of any damaged or wrong or opened Product within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the products by the customer.
  • In case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 48 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint.
  • We may ask you to share the images of the product and the internal & external packaging material.
  • Once we agree to replace, the defective/damaged product will be replaced with a brand new product at no extra cost.
  • In case, the customer fails to inform TERI within the stipulated time frame, TERI reserves the right to accept or reject such request at its discretion.
  • TERI will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, TERI reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is Out of Stock or Discontinued or may offer a store credit
  • The replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages.
  • Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer are not returnable at all.
